when it’s dark the evil in our heads thinks it’s the opportune time to play. those awful little demons. they don’t need the added fuel of miscommunication & confusion, they get drunk off their power. calm, calm, calm. close your eyes & say ‘be gone, be gone, be gone’ each time the little devils try to sneak in say ‘be gone, be gone, be gone’. remember your mind isn’t rooted in evil. your mind is rooted in brilliance. there are diamonds inside you & you shine brighter & brighter each time you smile, each time you laugh, each time you take each precious breath.
